After Kanye West left the Coachella lineup, new attractions were announced by the festival organization. The headlines of the last days of the event will be led by nothing less than The Weeknd with Swedish House Mafia, which returns to the desert in style.
The event’s CEO stated in an interview to Variety that he is looking forward to this closing at the festival. “Coachella has a special relationship with Abel and I’m so thankful to have this upcoming performance with these iconic artists all on the same stage”, he said. The Weeknd already participated in the event in 2018, and now returns in great style alongside great artists.
The biggest north american festival is known for great performances by artists such as Roger Waters, The Cure, Dr Dree with Snoop Dogg, and of course the greatest of all: Beychella. Beyoncé’s show was marked in the festival’s history for sure. The Californian desert has never seen such pomp. Queen B rocked. This year’s shows promise to shake and enter the ranking of the best.
