Drake releases ‘For All The Dogs’, eighth album of his career

Rap singer Drake released this Friday (6) “For All The Dogs”, the eighth studio album of his career. With 23 tracks in total, the album is now available on digital platforms.

The album features guests such as Bad Bunny, J. Cole, SZA, Lil Yachty and 21 Savage, as well as samples from Frank Ocean. The album cover was designed by the rapper’s son, Adonis Graham.

With this, the release marks the musician’s first new album since Honestly Nevermind, from 2022. The album also features the single “Slime You Out”, a partnership between the rapper and SZA, which reached first place on Billboard’s Hot 100 list .

Namely, “For All the Dogs” had been announced about three months ago, but without an official release date. Therefore, according to information from the specialized website Pitchfork, the work should have been presented on September 22nd.

Two weeks ago, however, the Canadian rapper announced that he would be leaving on October 6th. According to the publication, the postponement was so that Drake could balance the release with tour dates.
